kove ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

Information You Provide

• Account data — name, email address, phone number, and password when you register.
• CRM data — contacts, notes, pipeline stages, and activity records you create within the platform.
• Communications — calls made through Kove (including live transcripts), SMS messages, and inbox content.
• Billing information — handled directly by our payment processors; we do not store full card numbers.

• IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and operating system.
• Usage logs, page views, and feature interactions.
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 6).

Information from Third Parties

• OAuth sign-in providers (e.g., Google) may share your profile data with us upon authentication.
• Telephony data from our calling infrastructure partner (Telnyx).

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To generate AI-powered insights, summaries, and suggestions based on your CRM and call data.
• To send transactional emails, security alerts, and product updates.
• To process billing and prevent fraud.
• To comply with legal obligations.
• To respond to your support requests.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your CRM content to train AI models without your explicit consent.

We may share your information with:

• Service providers — cloud hosting (Vercel, Supabase), telephony (Telnyx), and payment processors, solely to deliver the Service.
• AI model providers — anonymized or aggregated content may be processed by third-party AI APIs to generate features. Raw personal data is not shared.
• Legal authorities — when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing hello.koveapp@gmail.com. We will process deletion within 30 days except where retention is required by law.
